We stand behind the quality and performance of every ThermaSync product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be in original condition with all tags and electronic modules attached. Items must be unwashed and free from damage not caused by manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions within one business day.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
ThermaSync products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and electronic components. For warranty claims, contact [email protected] with photos of the defect and your order information.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and conditions as returns. Contact [email protected] to arrange an exchange.
